That's right 11:54.
My dad challenged me to beat my best personal time which was 12:05. He said try for 11:55...and I made it in 11:54! I told him, no at first, because i'm stubborn like that...But while I was running I thought, what the heck I might as well do it, so I did.
My shoulder still kills. It wasn't too bad of a run, though it still feels like time drags on. My last lap was hard again...but I sprinted it, faster than usual, so I could beat time.

This is what it's all about! Setting new PRs. Shoot for 9 minutes tomorrow
ReplyDeleteAhhh hell no! That's asking wayyyy too much.
ReplyDeleteThink about icing that shoulder, especially after you use it in a workout. Ice it in 10-minute intervals, maybe 2 or 3 times over an hour -- while you're watching TV, or something like that.
